It’s recommended that you collect all details (transcripts, GPA, letters of recommendation etc.) as well as compose your essay before you begin the online application submission process. Having this material collected in advance will simplify the application process.
Overall Application Guidelines
- The applicants of the scholarship must be a 12th Grade Graduating Senior in a high school designated by the Foundation Committee.
- The amount of the scholarship and the number to be given will be designated by the committee.
- The applicant must pursue a college degree, a trade certification, or license.
- The scholarship is a one-time award.
- Applicants for this scholarship will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Character
- Leadership
- Academics
- Community Service
- Participation in School Activities
- Essay
- The final decision on this scholarship will be made by the foundation in recognition of recommendations made by the School Administrative Personnel.
- Failure to complete any section will result in disqualification.
- Scholarship Application Opens: March 1st
- Scholarship Deadline: March 30th
Submission Requirements
- 500-750 word essay on who you are, what motivates you about your future, and experiences.
- Two letters of recommendation from responsible people, not related to the applicant, who can give a worthwhile opinion of the character, industry, purposefulness of the applicant. Letter must be recently dated.
- Official transcript of high school grades.
- A recent photograph
